Board Executive Team

Dr. Lov K. Kher
A seasoned technologist and innovator, Dr. Kher has held senior leadership roles at Bell Labs, AT&T, Lucent Technologies, EMC, and Verizon, and served as CEO of two startups. He holds two U.S. patents in SDN, earned his Ph.D. from Case Western Reserve University and his B.E./M.E. from IIT Roorkee. A frequent speaker at global forums including GSIF THRIVE 2026 at Stanford .

Ravi K. Annadanam
Ravi K. Annadanam brings over 35 years of experience in Aerospace and Telecommunications across India and the United States. An accomplished entrepreneur and community leader, he has actively supported nonprofit and charitable initiatives for over two decades. He contributes his leadership and expertise to advance USFED's mission.

Prabhat Kumar
A seasoned technology executive and advisor, Prabhat Kumar brings over four decades of leadership experience across Bell Labs, AT&T, Verizon, and Liberty Global, driving innovation, global partnerships, and enterprise solutions. He currently advises AI startups within the MARL Accelerator ecosystem, including WAN-AI and Nife.io. Prabhat is an alumnus of IIT Roorkee, IIT Kharagpur, and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with specialties in AI, 5G, cloud, and digital transformation.

Rajeev Kumar
Rajeev Kumar is a seasoned IT executive with over 29 years of global leadership experience in digital transformation, banking technology, and managed services. He has led large-scale delivery operations and driven innovation in cybersecurity and AI adoption for global financial institutions.

Dr. Smitha Raj
Trained as an economist at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, Dr. Smitha Raj works in the pharmaceutical industry while actively advocating for education and environmental causes in the United States. She was elected to her town's school board four years ago and continues to serve in that role. She is based in New Jersey.

Dr. Upendra Chivukula
Dr. Upendra Chivukula is an electrical engineer with both technical and business background who has been a policymaker and has held several elected positions at the local and state governments.

Prabhat Sinha
Prabhat Sinha spent 35+ years at Bechtel Corporation leading design and commissioning of power plants and water infrastructure projects globally. He has authored over 50 technical papers and served as former President of the IIT Roorkee Foundation. He is a regular guest lecturer at Old Dominion University and sponsors scholarships at IIT Roorkee and BIT Sindri.

Dr. K J. Sharma
Over a 45-year career, Dr. Sharma rose to Board Director at the Desein and Indure Group, creating 24 international technical collaborations and securing World Bank-funded power plant contracts globally. He later served as CEO for a British firm managing industrial complexes in Europe and South America. Since retiring in 2017, he advises PIOCCI USA and leads a "Think Tank for Peace."
